The RM of Stuartburn is located in south east Manitoba, only 117 kilometers southeast of Winnipeg and right along the United States border.
The communities of Vita, Stuartburn, Gardenton, Sundown and Zhoda are all part of the RM of Stuartburn, with the municipal office being located in Vita.
