The RM of Stuartburn By-Laws establish the rules, regulations, and policies that help govern the municipality and support the safety, well-being, and orderly development of the community.
All original by-laws are officially signed by the Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer and are available for public review. Residents are encouraged to review applicable by-laws to ensure compliance with municipal regulations.

Any person who contravenes the Burning By-Law may be subject to fines and responsible for costs incurred by the municipality in extinguishing a fire.
