Recreational Equipment Lending Program
The Municipality is pleased to offer a Lending Program to encourage residents and visitors to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. 

Whether you are exploring local trails, enjoying a walk through the snow, or introducing your family to winter recreation, our lending program provides equipment that can help make your outdoor experience more enjoyable and accessible.

Equipment Available

The following equipment is available to borrow through the program:                       
  • Snowshoes
  • Snowshoes are available in a variety of sizes suitable for youth and adults.
  • Walking Sticks
  • Walking sticks are available to provide additional support and stability while exploring trails and outdoor areas.
  • Binoculars
Binoculars are available for nature observation, birdwatching, and enjoying local wildlife and scenery.

Program Information
Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Borrowing Information
  • Equipment may be signed out through the municipal office.
  • Borrowers are responsible for returning equipment in good condition.
  • Equipment must be returned by the agreed upon return date.
  • Youth borrowers may require parent or guardian permission.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to take advantage of local parks, trails, and outdoor spaces throughout the municipality and surrounding area.
Snowshoeing and winter walking are excellent ways to stay active, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of winter in our community.
